HOWTO create a cement patio

1. Get the lay of the land -  excavate and level the area. Think about drainage.
2. Set boundaries - create a layout with twine and pegs
3. Create a frame for the cement
4. Add mesh, if needed
5. Mix and pour concrete
6. Smooth and finish
